A process we are all going to experience. Good nutritional support and lifestyle suggestions may reduce any symptoms of this life stage.
We may need to make changes to the diet and lifestye to help support the changes that we are experiencing. What we ate and did at 25 may now not apply. Our nutritional intake has to grown with our age. A diet rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatories such as Omega 3, adopting more exercise and reducing stress may offer some protection from the ageing process. Allowing us to enjoy our time.
